What happened
The driver of a red Mazda CX-5, registration HK 01 ZR GP, failed to stop at a stop street on three occasions on 30 October 2026. At 17:29 the vehicle did not stop at the stop street at Longlake boulevard & Greenlee Boulevard, Modderfontein. At 17:31 and again at 17:33 it did not stop at a stop street in Centenary road, Modderfontein. A stop street requires every vehicle to come to a complete stop behind the line before proceeding, regardless of whether other traffic is visible.
