What happened
The driver of a grey Hyundai Accent, registration FY 36 BX GP, failed to stop at two stop streets in Modderfontein, Kempton Park. At 10:30 the vehicle did not stop at the stop street in Centenary Road. At 10:33 it did not stop at the stop street at the corner of Longlake Boulevard and Kentmere Street. A stop street requires every vehicle to come to a complete stop behind the line before proceeding, regardless of whether other traffic is visible.
