Speeding: reports from South African roads
Speeding means driving faster than the posted limit, or too fast for the conditions. Higher speed means longer stopping distances and far worse injuries when something goes wrong. A report works best with the plate, the road, the time and a short clip showing how fast the car was going compared with the traffic around it.
