Video
What happened
The driver of a white Ford Ranger, registration FR 91 CH GP, drove straight through every stop street along Kwartel road in Birch Acres, Kempton Park, without coming to a stop at any of them. A stop street requires every vehicle to come to a complete stop behind the line before proceeding, regardless of whether other traffic is visible.
