What happened
The driver of a white and red Toyota Quantum minibus taxi, registration KN00JZGP, failed to stop at stop streets in Kwartel Road, Birch Acres, Kempton Park. A stop street requires every vehicle to come to a complete stop behind the line before proceeding, regardless of whether other traffic is visible. This is a residential area with pedestrians and children crossing, and the vehicle was carrying passengers at the time.
